National Honor Society

The National Honor Society (N.H.S.) is the nation’s premier organization established to recognize outstanding high school students. More than just an honor roll, N.H.S. serves to recognize those students who have demonstrated excellence in the areas of scholarship, service, leadership, and character.  At Civic Leadership Academy, candidate information forms will be distributed to eligible 10th and 11th-grade students in the Spring semester. Eligibility requirements include, but are not limited to; 85 or above cumulative average, 90% or above Attendance rate and 90% or above on-time arrival rate to school. The Faculty Council will review submitted candidate information forms and invite students who have met the criteria to join the Civic Leadership Academy chapter of the National Honor Society. For more information, please see Chapter Adviser, Dr. Matuszewski (room 434).
